Welcome to Northside Medical Clinic, where patients receive compassionate medical care from Dr. Mouin Jaber, a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with over 30 years of experience serving the Texas Panhandle.

Dr. Jaber completed residency training in New York City and soon after moved to the Texas Panhandle with his wife, Dr. Ruth Pilco Jaber. Northside Medical Clinic opened its doors in 1996, where he has served the Amarillo community ever since.

Dr. Jaber is fluent in Spanish, Arabic, Russian, and French. He specializes in managing chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, and diabetes. Whether in need of a primary care physician or a walk-in visit, he is ready to help coordinate your care.
